Ministry Formation Team
Provides nurture, care, and oversight to those preparing for ordination as
Ministers of the Word and Sacrament and those preparing for limited service as
Commissioned Ruling Elders (CREs)
Leadership Formation Team
Helps to equip individuals for leadership and service roles within congregations,
the Presbytery, and the larger denomination
Pastoral Care Team
Provides spiritual care to those serving in pastoral roles within the
Presbytery
Congregational Vision and Transition
Ministry Transitions Team
Approves minister calls and contracts, CRE commissions, validated ministries;
examines and receives new minister members; and approves terms of dissolution of
pastoral service
Congregational Vision and Vitality Team
Helps leaders and congregations discern and live into faithful, active ministry and
discipleship
Congregational Conflict and Crisis Team
Counsels with sessions and congregations concerning conflicts
Sexual Misconduct Response Team
Ensures a comprehensive and caring response from the Presbytery to allegations of
sexual misconduct
Mission and Vision
Mission Connections Team
Supports mission initiatives for the whole Presbytery focused on justice,
peacemaking, and discipleship; facilitates ecumenical and interfaith
relationships
Networks Team
Supports groups of people sharing a common purpose, interest, mission, or passion
within the Presbytery
Dream Team
Imagines how the Presbytery can live into its mission and vision priorities
Disaster Response Team
Provides coordination with Presbyterian Disaster Assistance for disaster relief
Youth & Young Adult Team
Aims to nurture youth from sixth through twelfth grades, and young adults in their
late teens and twenties so that they have a firm sense of God’s abiding love for them
exactly as they are
Presbytery Support
Permanent Judicial Commission
Carries out the responsibilities and practices defined in the Rules of Church
Discipline. It is the means through which the presbytery conducts hearings and
trials concerning remedial and disciplinary cases.
Communications & Technology Team
Develops strategies and tools to support the Presbytery’s communication and
technology usage needs
Budget & Finance Team | Trustees
Serves as the Presbytery’s Trustees with responsibility for budgetary, real estate,
and legal matters
Staff Support Team
Supports Presbytery staff and manages personnel processes
Committee on Representation
Assists the Presbytery to move toward the goal of “wholeness in the emerging life”
of the church
